2. Employment Terms

The probation period is 3 months. Upon successful review, employees will be confirmed.

  • Standard hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (with 1-hour lunch).

  • Weekly off: Saturday and Sunday.

Yes, depending on project and role requirements. Hybrid options may be available.

 

  • Sick Leave: 7 days/year

  • Casual Leave: 7 days/year

  • Annual/Privilege Leave: 14 days/year

  • Maternity Leave: As per statutory guidelines

  • Paternity Leave: Up to 5 days

30 days (after confirmation).

3. Compensation & Benefits

Salaries are credited on the last working day of each month.

Yes, performance bonuses and project incentives are offered based on results.

4. Performance & Growth

Through KPI (Key Performance Indicators), project delivery, and peer/manager feedback.

 

 

Yes, appraisals are conducted annually, with feedback sessions every quarter.

Yes, ZudoLab invests in workshops, certifications, and internal training.

Clear career paths exist for technical, managerial, and consulting roles with promotion opportunities.

5. Workplace Policies

Overtime may be compensated with time-off or pay, depending on the project.

 

We follow a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct. Grievances can be raised with HR confidentially.

 

Employees may apply for emergency WFH with manager + HR approval.

 

Yes: Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Email are primary channels. WhatsApp may be used for urgent alerts.

6. Onboarding & Support

Aadhaar/Passport, PAN Card, Educational Certificates, Previous Experience Letters (if applicable), Bank details.

 

Company laptops are provided for eligible roles. BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is permitted in some cases.

 

Yes, new employees are assigned a mentor for guidance in their first 3 months.
